Supply-chain report says Quanta's Apple Watch Series 4 production at maximum capacity | 9to5Mac



We quickly saw shipping dates slip into October, and Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo recently said that demand was higher than expected. Digitimes reports that Apple is now asking its secondary Watch assembler to begin making the Series 4 alongside its existing production of the Series 3.
