AT&T Wants To Buy Time Warner In $85 Billion Deal

AT&T has announced that it intends to buy Time Warner in a deal which is worth $85.4 billion and the company will pay $107.50 per share for Time Warner. As part of deal AT&T will pay half of the money in cash and the other half in stock and Time Warner shareholders will own between 14.4% and 15.
